All staff men of Edge Venture have a God-given passion to work directly with men on men’s issues. We have all experienced significant healing in similar weekend environments. We have been in the trenches of spiritual battle and we will join and fight alongside of you with the Holy Spirit as our guide. Once you have attended a weekend and feel God’s prompting, staffing is an outstanding way to serve Jesus by giving back.

2025 Staffing Application Deadlines

September 11-14, 2025 (Dowling, MI)

Apply by July 5th, 2025 to be considered.

November 13-16, 2025 (West Lebanon, MI)

Apply by September 6th, 2025 to be considered.
